Manhattan in the former Garment District, minutes from Times
Square, The Port Authority Bus Terminal and Penn Station.

From 42nd Street / Times Square / Port Authority Bus Terminal:
-Walk south to 38th Street
-Turn right onto 38th Street and walk west.
From Penn Station:
-Walk north to 38th Street.

From Grand Central Station:
Take the S train to Times Square or take bus M42, westbound,
to 8th Avenue.
Parking:
-Weekday metered parking is only for commercial vehicles.
