RE: 2011 FIDEM USA Membership dues

I hope you have had a productive year.
It is the time for us to renew our FIDEM membership dues.

Changes in membership dues and method of payment are as follows:

• Annual FIDEM membership dues are now €50/€30 for students (the exchange rate conversion to US dollars is based on the exchange rate from the first day of the year.)
• FIDEM USA is required to collect dues from members and electronically transfer them to the central FIDEM account.

On January 10th, €50 (€30 for students) was equivalent to $65($39 for students). In addition to the FIDEM dues, FIDEM USA asks you for $10 ($8 for student) to cover foreign money transfer fees, as well as unforeseen expenditures. Please mail your check to the following address before February 15, 2011.

$47.00 for student members

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please understand that there is no FIDEM USA account, and the account is under my personal name to save bank maintenance fees. All checks will be endorsed with a FIDEM USA stamp. Again, please note on your check that the payment is for 2011 FIDEM USA dues.

Please mail your dues by February 15th. Every foreign currency transaction will be charged, and I would like to send our dues in one transaction.
