Christine Simpson was born in Sydney in 1961. She has been practicing sculpture for the past 15 years and trained under Tom Bass at the national art school.
She has had two solo exhibitions and has participated in numerous group exhibitions as well as taken several private and public commissions.

For the past six years, she has taught sculpture and the language of form.

Her work reflects nature and our human connection / disconnection to it. The work is also influenced by world religions and the wisdom they convey.
