The CABIN on Great Pond
(2006)

THE CABIN on Great Pond is an expandable topographical portrait in pen and ink of a cabin on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. I walked around it, setting my chair and drawing board down in different places. Back home in New York City I constructed the book to follow the sequence of drawings either by turning the pages or by extending the accordion to follow the topography in the round.
