Masao Fumita was born in 1949 at Osaka City, Japan. His work is primarily exhibited in the Kansai area, located in Southern Honshu, the main island of Japan. Outside Japan, Fumita has exhibited in Berkley, Boston, and New York, and an invitational artist at the Chinese International Biennial.
